Q: Where can I find my tickets?
A: Your tickets were emailed from Thunder Tix immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam folder by putting Thunder Tix in your email search.
Q: Can I be refunded?
A: Unfortunately there are NO refunds.
Q: Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
A: Yes, just forward them your tickets. Keep in mind that those tickets will only scan once, so be sure they’re kept in a secure spot.
Q: I can’t find my tickets. Can you resend them?
A: Yes, send us an email @ info@riseupfoundationmchenry.org with the request.
Q: I plan to bring my child but they’ll be on my lap, do they need a ticket?
A: All entrants must have a ticket. Children are welcome with a ticket, prices are the same regardless of age. This applies to all areas, including General Admission.
Q: I have General Admission tickets. Can I bring my own chair?
A: Yes, in the General Admission area only. Chairs must be out of the sleeve.
Q: Can I pay with a credit card at the event?
A: Yes.
Q: Will there be an ATM on-site?
A: Yes.
Q: If it rains, am I entitled to a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we’re not able to refund money in the event of bad weather. This is how every concert works.
Q: Is there camping available?
A: No.
Q: Is there a fee for parking?
A: No.
Q: Do I need to bring a copy of the paper ticket or can I use the one on my mobile phone?
A: The mobile phone can be used HOWEVER it’s always best to bring a paper copy, in case of phone issues. Paper is safer, so we recommend bringing your paper copy.
Q: What are your COVID-19 policies?
A: As everyone works through re-emergence toward a new normal, RISE Up Foundation encourages all ticket holders to get vaccinated for COVID-19 before the concerts and to help create a safe, welcoming experience for all by following new health and safety measures like frequent hand-washing. Even though all we want to do is give each and every single one of you a high five, we are working to include no- and low-touch options throughout our operations whenever possible. If you see someone wearing a mask, please give them some space and they’ll return the favor. If you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick, stay home. However, proof of vaccination or negative tests are NOT required.
Q: Will there be food available for purchase?
A: Yes! We plan to have 12 food trucks at the events. We are currently working on booking these food trucks.
Q: Is there a handicap seating area and entrance?
A: Yes, there is designated areas in both General Admission & VIP Reserved. Areas are clearly marked with handicap stickers on seating.
Q: Do we have a policy or stance with the use of legalized marijuana?
A: Yes, Peterson Park is a no-smoking facility:
Q: Will there be an Uber location or other ridesharing location for drop-offs and pick-ups on-site?

Q: Bags & Cooler / carry in policy – list of what is prohibited to be carried?
A: No coolers, backpacks, purses larger than a small clutch bag, cinch bags, camera bags, pets, outside alcohol or food, illegal drugs, smoking, knives or firearms.
Q: Can motorcycle riders wear their colors?
A: No colors are to be worn inside the park.
Q: Can I video or audio record the concerts?
A: No, there is no professional video or audio recording equipment allowed.
